LightHouse Youth Dress Code Policy
The LightHouse Youth Dress Code Policy is established to ensure modesty, appropriateness, and respect for all participants during our events and camps. This policy applies to all youth, staff, and volunteers involved in LightHouse Youth activities.
General Dress Code Guidelines:

Modesty and Appropriateness:

Clothing should cover shoulders, midriff, and thighs.

No revealing clothing, including short shorts, crop tops, or low-cut shirts.

No tight-to-body appearance, such as leggings or body-expressive dresses.

Swimwear should be modest (one-piece swimsuits for girls, trunks for boys).

Prohibited Clothing:

No ripped jeans.

No clothing with inappropriate or offensive language or graphics.

No jewelry.

Formal Event Dress Code (on Church Property):

Guys are not allowed to wear shorts.

Girls are not allowed to wear pants.

Formal attire should be respectful and appropriate for a church setting. For girls, dresses or skirts that are knee-length or longer are required. For guys, dress pants and collared shirts are required.

Compliance and Enforcement:

Participants are expected to adhere to the dress code at all times during LightHouse Youth events and camps.

Failure to comply with the dress code may result in the participant being asked to change into appropriate attire. Repeated violations may lead to further disciplinary action, including dismissal from the event or camp.
